What if my cafe isn't on Cafeed yet?
Add it in 30 seconds from the homepage. Once it's live, the same Claim button shows up — you can verify and claim it right away.
How does verification work?
Submit your claim with a contact email. If the domain matches your cafe's website, you're verified instantly. Otherwise, we review it manually — usually within 24 hours.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. One click in your dashboard. You keep access through your current billing period, then it shuts off — no further charges.
What happens if I don't claim?
Nothing bad. Your cafe page stays live, people keep reviewing. You just don't get the owner tools or the verified badge — and you miss what people are actually saying.
Do the AI insights show personal information?
Nope. Insights summarize patterns — what people love, what's bugging them, what to try. Individual reviewers stay anonymous in the summary.
Multiple locations?
